Will I receive my certificate at the Graduation Ceremony?
No. You will receive your certificate and academic transcript within 30 days of being signed off by your teaching department as having completed your training. This is a requirement of the Australian Skills Quality Authority.
Tickets
We are pleased to advise that there are no longer restrictions on the number of guest tickets that can be purchased by graduates. To register yourself as a participating graduate or purchase guest tickets, please visit the Try Booking ticket sales page.
Students can register to graduate and purchase guest tickets via TryBooking.
  • Graduate registrations close on Sunday 18 April 2021.
  • Guest ticket sales are available up until Wednesday 28 April 2021 unless sold out prior
  • Guest tickets can be bought during graduate registration or as a separate purchase.
  • Guest tickets cannot be reserved without payment
  • When purchasing guest tickets please let us know if you or your guests have any special requirements in regards to disability.

Children
  • Children are welcome to attend the event. Children under 5 years are complimentary.
  • Any children 5 years and over that occupies their own seat MUST have a ticket.
Special needs 
  • If you or your guests have any special requirements, i.e. disability assistance, seating with a space for baby strollers, please let us know when applying online. You may be asked to arrive earlier so that we can accommodate your request.

What should I do if I am ineligible to graduate? 
You need to contact your teaching coordinator and email events@bendigotafe.edu.au
What are the closing dates for applying to graduate? 
The closing date to register your attendance for the graduation ceremony is Sunday 18 April 2021.
How long is the graduation ceremony? 
The graduation ceremony will last approximately 1.5 hours depending on the number of graduates. 
When do I receive my tickets for the graduation ceremony?
Both graduand registrations and guest ticket purchases receive an automated email containing your tickets. Please either print these and bring them with you on the night or keep on your mobile device to show at the door.
Am I allowed to bring children? 
  • Children are welcome to attend the Graduation Ceremony.
  • Children over the age of five must occupy their own seat and have a children’s ticket. 
  • Children’s ticket (under 12) -$10.00
  • Children must be supervised by an adult at all times. Please remember this is a formal event and all guests including children are expected to act in an appropriate manner.  
Where can I park?
There are a number of car parks in close proximity to Ulumbarra Theatre including Park Road (behind the Golden Dragon Museum) and the QEO car park.

Accessible parking
There is a disabled car parking zone adjacent to the venue and a drop off point immediately at the front of the venue for all Ulumbarra Theatre patrons.
